Andrew Rittenhouse

Andrew Rittenhouse grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana renovating 100+ year old buildings with his dad and five younger brothers. After college, Andrew worked for several years in the accounting industry rising to the level of Controller, before pursuing his true passion for finding and revitalizing older homes. This led to the startup of successful real estate investing and home renovation businesses that operate in Wisconsin and Michigan. Andrew’s eye for finding homes with good value combined with extensive experience with home buying and selling across the Midwest ensures that his clients get the most out of the home buying and selling processes and are deeply satisfied with the outcome. Andrew is a Waunakee resident where he lives with his wife and two boys. Andrew enjoys spending his free time with family, woodworking, relaxing lake-side, and hiking the beautiful parks of Southern Wisconsin.
